Beef Shishkabobs

This is one of those recipes that I just made up as I went. ;o)

2 large steaks (I used Top sirloin), cut into 1 inch cubes
zucchini, cut into 1 inch cubes
red, yellow, and green peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
mushrooms, left whole

Place all of your cut meat and veggie pieces into a marinating container (I used a Ziploc bag). Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce to the bag (I used about 1 cup of the first 2 and about 1/2 cup of the Worcestershire Sauce). Add about 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak seasoning, (this is a brand that you can buy at the store, but you could easily make it with garlic salt, onion salt, dried crushed red peppers, dried minced onion and salt and pepper). Mix together, marinate in the refrigerator for several hours and then place on shishkabob sticks and grill. Yummy! It is wonderful with fried rice and some fresh fruit.
